We recognize that our method is unique and special and our expectations for classes are very high. However, with 20 years of experience teaching and managing language centers and our spectacular international preschool we know we can more than satisfied you. We also know that online learning is not for everyone and that it is very different from Brick and Mortar learning.
Our Hiring Process
Our teachers are certified teachers in their country but they are also certified by Crossing Borders. They do have to present their university degree and show experience teaching children but also be super fun. They go through a vigorous process from being interviewed to testing them in their level of English in order to be able to answer basic questions that you as a parent might have or answer the student. We also make sure that they have an amazing personality to work with children. Some only focus on toddlers while others only in older kids.
Energetic and great charisma is a must
We really make an emphasis to choose our teachers based on their energy and charisma. Together with our head Teacher Coordinator they must study our method and put it into practice through the presentation of mock classes before they are hired.
You are looking for energetic and fun
Don’t need to look more further. Our classes are high energy.
We make sure to grab your child’s attention
We are capable of capturing your child’s attention 100% and holding it for 25 minutes in a way that they will learn without even realizing it.
We do not stop there. Our Head Teacher Coordinator, Head of Studies and owners monitor the classes for quality and give suggestions and coaching to the teachers for continuous improvement. We have a very high standard for our classes that we aim to improve and build on them together with our teachers.
